Signs of Mold in Your Home

Often times, mold goes undetected in homes. However, there are a few signs that might point to mold as an issue in your home. 

• Smelling a Mold Odor - If mold is hiding in your walls or other places you may not see, the only clue that mold is there is the smell. If you think you smell mold, inspect your house immediately.
• Signs of Water Problems - Water stains or discoloration on walls, floors, or ceilings in your home could show that you have a moisture problem. If you have a moisture problem, it increases the chances of you having a mold problem. 
• Seeing Signs of Mold - Although this might seem like an obvious one, sometimes we disregard mold and think it is dirt or soot.
